advapi32 crypt update from wine

Hi list,

attached is a patch to update the crypt-related part of advapi from
wine.

Hope this patch is useful. It's less intrusive than earlier patches from
me.

Hey Christoph, I suggest actually file bug reports and attach these patches
there.  That's how you're supposed to submit patches and you stand a higher
chance of getting the appropriate developer to review them once our bugzilla
maintainer assigns them.
