Build ros on ros is broken

Hi,

since my last svn update, I'm not able to compile ros on ros. It seems
that something is wrong with the pipes.

I will try it. I've found out that CreatePipe from kernel32 fails at
NtOpenFile with STATUS_PIPE_BUSY.

I have commited modified version of the patch... please tell me if it
