GSoC 2016: SSH Service

By the way, on a page
https://www.reactos.org/wiki/Google_Summer_of_Code_2016 there is a mention
of '*ReactOS website Account Name'. * But for me it is unclear how to get
it. Could you offer some explanation of the procedure?
