Server upgrade next Friday

Hi all,

Several ReactOS services will be moved to a new server next Friday. As 
this migration highly depends on our hosting provider, the downtime may 
be up to 24 hours.
Affected services include:

- ns1.reactos.org
- playground.reactos.org
- jira.reactos.org

The upgrade will improve reliability and adds resources for additional 
services in the future.
Of course, you will be informed once the migration is over.

Hi,

Here is an exhaustive list of affected services for ReactOS end-users
and developers:
- Fisheye 
- Jira
- Main DNS
- Experimental ReactOS sites

All the other ReactOS services (for example ReactOS site, SVN) will be
up and running.

the migration has started to reduce the downtime for European users. All
the previously quoted services are now unavailable.
We will keep you informed about the progresses.
