freetype cache

Hi,

Some time ago, I have done a small fix to make the freetype chache work. 
It still had the display bug with the original author (tinus) already 
experienced. I have fixed it now. As far as I have tested it is working 
correctly. And it speeds up text output by about 300%. Maybe someone 
should take a look at it.

time I getting for reactos
at moment I can only use 1 hours each day for reactos. and I have allot

Just so we don't duplicate work, I've got the patch in my tree and tested
it.  Just waiting for a word from Timo on what the commit message should be.

Hi
I got some issue with the patch at moment and do not recomdate it be
commited until I figout what going wrong in my test for this patch. Current
patch cause some new regress in some areas. I want be 100% sure it is the
patch releate or if it showing a hidden bug or not. I have not complete the
test yet. and do not have a real answers yet.
 at moment it should not be commited.
