We've been saying this for the past 12 months now, but as work in networking has stepped up a gear, it looks as though 0.3.0 is imminent, and could be ready within the next few months.
In light of this, I've been though the 0.3.0 roadmap and updated it to what appears to be peoples current perception of requirements. http://www.reactos.org/wiki/index.php/0.3.x/0.3.0 http://www.reactos.org/wiki/index.php/0.3.x/0.3.0
It would be really great if we could pull out all the stops and get this release out for Christmas.

By the way, I reset the application list to 'To do'. The previous list was made a long time ago. There has been a lot of work done since then, and it's probable the information is now incorrect. With the introduction of Alex's ws2_32, it would be a good time to start the checks again and ensure they stay working ready for 0.3.0
If anyone disagrees I'll revert my changes
Ged.
IMHO, working on 0.3.0 is a good time to include multi-language fonts in ReactOS to provide localization on non-8859-1 languages. I already wrote about such font package: http://dejavu.sourceforge.net/ It's an extended version of BitStream fonts and distributed under same license! *The current version is 1.15 (each month new version appears).*
