Change of Project Coordinator

Hi all

I've decided that now is the best time to step down as Project
Coordinator. The process to vote for a new PC will be - as previously
decided for this type of decision - that only registered committers
can vote.

I move we formalize the responsibilities for PC, DC & TC before we vote 
on them.

At the moment, I don't know who to vote for on any of these because I 
don't know what their responsibilities really are?

If they are on the wiki, they are buried somewhere.

I agree. We only have one for TC (which may need a little tweaking).

I have some ideas for DC. I'll put together a draft version.
Is anyone up to the task of drafting one for PC?

I will be running as candidate for this position.

I would be willing to exercise the responsibilities on Project 
Coordinator on behalf of the project. I didn't want to mention it until 
I had actually read what the PC would be responsible for. At any rate, I 
don't have a lot of time to devote to actual coding but most often I am 
available for consultation, so it seemed to me that PC would be a good 
way to contribute to the project.
