I don't have the time to do a build at the moment, are there
screenshots of this guy anywhere?

Yeah, it's a nice improvement over download!, but it can't really be used as
a replacement for appwiz.cpl.

Appwiz.cpl must exist as some applications will have hardcoded this for
opening with ShellExecute.
Using this instead of appqiz.cpl will confuse many regular users as it now
does something very differently than Windows.

IMO, a better solution is to keep appwiz.cpl and this new tool separate.
Including a button in appwiz.cpl to open this application would be a nice
touch though.

I do not suggest to delete appwiz.cpl. It is necessary to simplify it. It  
only should start rapps.exe, but the code for NewLinkHereA/W should not be  
cleaned. Thus we will not duplicate a code.
