Freeldy & NTVDMPAT/Deptool

Hi,

First of all, what's up with ntvdmpath in the freeloader tree? I fail to 
see what it has to do with ROS, much less with freeloader...I'm 
recommending removal. Secondly... is there any problem with freeloader 
using the ros depends tool instead of deptool? I know before this was 
necessary because of different trees, but I would like to share as much 
as possible.

Up until about 2 years ago freeldr required djgpp to build which was a dos program
and the WinNT does subsystem was borked if you tried to do a build of freeldr on NT/2k.
This tool fixes the subsystem to make it more correct.

Fine by me but I expect all going to change with the new buildsystem anyway. Casper is 
wanting to implement a new dependancy tracker.
