0.3.0 Features last call.

There has been very little activity in 0.3.0, so I am putting out a
last call before feature freeze.  If  no one comes forward, we will
feature freeze during the weekend so we can start bughunting.

I've also bumped trunk to 0.4.0-SVN, and created an 0.3.0 entry in Bugzilla.

AFAIK, someone wanted to have:
1) working swap dialog
2) a wallpaper
in the 0.3 release.

If someone is going to implement this soon, please reply, otherwise  
we go into FF as WaxDragon says.

can finish it.

#2 can be done at tha time of preparing a RC as far as im concerned.

I had started to redesign our explorer.exe file manager to look more 
like windows.

wax should test opengl see if it works or not
for contex switch is broke in 0.3.0 and trunk and it need be fixed before
0.3.0 beaing release.
this bug are not in bugzila.

next bug that need be fixed is
disaper button in some installer

fix checking see why mscvrt string test does not work
for it have a real seriues problem

fix mscvrt file test
it tells that we have problem with file handling

all bugfix in crt, rtl and string must be merges down to
0.3.0 branch for they are fixing some of these problem

I am working already on next bugfix of crt/string/rtl

none of this bug are in bugzila what I know.

Consider the 0.3.0 branch to be in feature freeze.  We can put in a
wallpaper at any time, since it's non-code and shouldn't *g* cause
bugs.  If you have a feature that simply must go into 0.3.0, speak
with me.

I'm going to start merging fixes for things I know about.
