I think the same code is in FreeLdr too. Can you fix it there too?

Hi,

there is no problem in freeldr. I've moved a variable from hal to KPCR, 
but I've committed a wrong file. There was no effect for pentium 
processors, because they use the tsc with a different calibration and 
delay routine.
