Hey, don't scare me! ;)

In SVN, branches are usually in a subdirectory of the same repository.
That is, trunk is /trunk, branches are inside /branches and tags are in
/tags. So moving something from /branches to /tags can only show / as a
common parent directory in the log.

ROS-Diffs shows this a little better:

Added:
    tags/ReactOS-0.3.14-CLT2012/   (props changed)
      - copied from r56145, branches/ros-branch-0_3_14-clt2012/
Removed:
    branches/ros-branch-0_3_14-clt2012/
