JIRA/FishEye upgrade this weekend

Hi all!

Due to the current unstable situation with FishEye, which also badly
affects JIRA, I will attempt an upgrade of both applications on a new
server this weekend.
As always I will do my best to keep the downtime low. But keep in mind
that this involves migrating databases from one machine to another, so
downtime may be longer than for a usual upgrade.

In the end, you can expect/hope for a much better performing setup with
all the new features that got added to JIRA and FishEye over time :)

Does this imply also rebuilding (and perhaps re-indexing again?) the FishEye cache?

Yes, but certain Best Practices from Atlassian will be followed this
time to make this not take an eternity again.. :)

Ok, as a proper reinstallation of JIRA and FishEye needs some more time
and I don't want to leave you guys with a half-assed setup, I won't get
it done this weekend.
I'll be quite busy next week, so can't give any new estimation yet.
Expect another message from me before the actual upgrade.
