I would have fixed it, but I'm really busy with a few other things at 
the moment and GreatLord was having problems and needed it sorting.
If no one has done it by the time I'm free again, I'll sort it then.

They might be related to my window class patch. I have a pending patch
(not yet working) and one addressing some unicode vs. ansi issues, but I
need to track down some serious issues with them first. I don't know if
they're responsible for the comctl32 problems, but they might be.
