Hmmmm... the code seems to be in WINE regedit; what to do... :-)

That's because they still(?) focus on 9x compatibility. maybe call
GetVersion() to check if running in NT - i'm sure they would accept such
a patch as well.

WINE has to focus on both Windows 9x and NT compatibility (and in some
cases, they handle that divide better than Microsoft :D). I'm not sure
if WINE-regedit ignores it when the Windows version is set to one of
the NTs, but it probably is not.
