Task proposals

Below, a brief list of tasks i would propose for review at the next meeting.
Please post your proposals as well:
- LDR rewrite;
- HEAP rewrite regression fixup;
- CMake adoption;
- MSVC adoption;
- WineSync;
- LIBSync;
- Sysreg fixup (stdio problems, transition to pipe, automatical backtrace);
- WineTest-with-HEAP-debugging checkup (basically, running every test from
suite with heap debugging enabled);
- Video Driver fixup (fixing ReactOS to use real video drivers, bug #2286
and all connected);

I'd add, old boot method removal and checking status and possible solutions for: freeldr issues with memory above 3GB metabug 5099, another suggestion for something to be implemented:
Last Known Working Configuration so we can make ros boot in those situation it won't boot for drivers or registry settings...

I would be really careful with adding bugs, as the list might get swamped in
those easily and only add the major ones, which break ROS for many users
(mshtml 2nd stage bug? hivesys 1st stage crash?)
