[PATCH] minor fix for RtlStoreUlong()

Hi,

Attached patch should fix some problems of RtlStoreUlong().
1) store SECONDBYTE of the value correctly.
2) store a ULONG value but not a ULONG_PTR value.
There is RtlStoreUlongPtr() which stores a ULONG_PTR value.
