It'd be interesting to see one develop a filesystem for ReactOS, but
AS a filesystem designed explicitly for the OS itself. It could be
called "ROSfs" or something similar.

Why should one want that, whilst there are several doozends of FS 
available, some also in src ?
Of course only for heling one's own ego.
If someone wants to invite a new stucture and debug it alltoghter.. he 
may....
