Vote on voting method

[Freworld]

Hi!

I think we've discussed enough to start the vote on the new voting 
method. The two options to vote are:

1. Future votings will be held on the forum. As always only the 
commiters can vote but everyone can read the voting forum. The forum 
will send a mail to ros-dev everytime a thread (a vote) is created in 
the voting forum, so the people that don't track the forums will get 
informed too. Every other rule that concerns voting will stay the same.

2. Keep the old voting system.

As always only commiters are allowed to vote. The vote will last 5 days.

The new voting rules now come into effect.

Could you please report who can see the forum and if it works properly? 
It would be nice if someone would do a test vote.

thread page it said: "Sorry, but only *moderators* can post topics in 
this forum."

this forum. Now it should work.

Are there any other developers for whom it doesn't work?

Only 'moderators' are allowed to do anything. However you write about 
debelopers .. Maybe mixed s.t. up?

Same thing for you Robert. You weren't in the forum developer group. Now 
it should work. PLEASE check if anyone is in that developer group. This 
is really necessary for the new voting method to be successful.

You don't need an extra forum account. If you have a reactos.org account 
(you should have one, otherwise you can't access bugzilla) it also works 
for the forum. If you already have an account please tell me your 
username and otherwise please register one.
