- update project to VS2005
I think it was specifically kept at low version, since autoconverting from old version to the new one can always be done, but "downgrading" the project file back to e.g. VS2003 is not guaranteed to be straight forward.

Do people still use 2003? I assumed everyone would have moved to 2005 now.

Sure! There are still some around. I have installed VS 6 and VS 2003. Not everyone likes to replace a full-featured VS 2003 with an express edition of VS 2005, or similar situations. VS 2005 allows you to open VS 2003 projects, on the other side VS 2003 just presents an error msg and there is no trivial work-around to open VS 2k5 projects.
Nevertheless, even if I just got a copy of VS 2k5 Pro, I will keep my VS 6 & Co. around on my system, for several reasons.
So, please keep support for VS 2k2/3 intact for a while.
Best regards, Klemens

Can someone revert those 2 files for me then please. I don't have svn access from home.
Thanks.

I still use it, I tried VS 2005 when it came out and found its GUI to be overwhelming. I also was not very happy with it making your unmanaged code dependent on .NET framework 2.0 by default. Since then I have reverted and stayed on 2003 and been happy.
