RosBE-Unix 2.0-RC1

Hi all,

A first release candidate of RosBE-Unix 2.0 is now available on 
http://svn.reactos.org/RosBE-Temp/. Compared to 1.5, it finally includes 
CMake 2.8.5 (with Jerome's patches), an updated GNU Make and new GMP and 
MPFR libraries. For the latter ones, I've added a patch to fix building 
under Mac OS X 10.7.

Please try it out and tell me about your results. If there's anything 
that needs to be fixed before the release, please tell me in a reply to 
this mail.

For the reference, the current CMake building commands in a ReactOS 
checkout are as follows:
- ./configure.sh
- cd output-i386-MinGW/host-tools
- makex
- cd ../reactos
- makex bootcd

I'll also set up this Build Environment on the Debug Buildslave as soon 
as possible.

Hello Colin,

My system has a cmake package installed and cmake is available in $PATH.
What should I do in order to use the RosBE one ?

When launching a RosBE environment, the scripts add the RosBE pathes at 
the front of the $PATH variable. So it should already use the 
RosBE-supplied CMake.
You can verify this by typing "which cmake" on the command line.

I tried RosBE Unix 2.0 on my OS X Lion laptop (10.7.1 with Xcode 4.1) and it failed again. I've attached some logs.

I've recently done a clean reinstall of Lion, updated to 10.7.2, and installed the new release of Xcode (4.2) and the problem has disappeared. I just wanted to give you a heads up that everything is good again on OS X. I haven't yet performed a build with it but it should be ok. I'll send you an email if I get anything weird while building.

OK, so now I've got a weird error when building:

In bugcodes.mc at line 1: fatal: syntax error.

make[2]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

I looked at bugcodes.mc and there's nothing wrong that I can see.

Encoding perhaps? It seems that the parser stops right at the begining of mc file.
