Development server downtime

[Pierre Schweitzer]

Hi,

in order to perform an important maintenance on the development server, 
it will be down on Wed 6th March, starting in the morning (approx 9h30 
CET). It means that during this period: git, svn, buildbot won't be 
available to anyone.

We are sorry for the caused consequences.
