Release builds are back

Hi,

release builds will finally be available again. Those will be daily 
built against most recent head. They will be findable at usual place.
For the moment, no new release build is available since release build 
its broken (cf: 
http://build.reactos.org/builders/Trunk_x86_GCCLin%20Release/builds/1/steps/...).
