cards.dll ???

Why does ReactOS need(?) the cards.dll (reactos\lib\cards)?
-> "Cardplaying Helper DLL"

Is there a card game included?

This is an open source implementation of the cards.dll that solitaire 
requires.

It's so if you play solitaire or any other MS card game that uses that, 
you can get a Ace of Spades that says "GPL" on it. Try it and see!

I also know of a few 3rd party card games that make use of this file, 
including one that I wrote myself.
