Kernel Crash when runnign task manager more than twice

Hi All,
I am getting the attached kernel crash on Vmware 5.5 beta when i launch task
manager the third time.The attached doc shows the blue screen details of the
crash.

Just a notice, upload image next than doc if you just need to show an image :)

 Just a notice, upload image next time, rather than doc if you just
need to show an image :)
