ReactOS 0.3.3 Changelog

Dear developers,
it's time to put all your great achievements into the 0.3.3 changelog.

For your convinience, Colin Finck made the SVN logs (0.3.1 -> 0.3.3)  
available on his site: http://reactos.colinfinck.de .
Changelog itself is located here: http://www.reactos.org/wiki/ 
index.php/ChangeLog-0.3.3

I'd appreciate it a lot if you fill your changes as soon as possible,  
since we're branching this week for a release.

For anyone know doesn't know how to get their own changes, here is a quick
method for TSVN users:

In explorer, go to the ReactOS root
Right click, tsvn, show log
Click the 'show all' button in the bottom left
In the date combo in the top left, enter the following '01/03/2007'
Change the search criteria in the top edit box to 'Authors'
Enter the first few initials of your commit name
Select all the items in the listview
Copy to clipboard and paste them into notepad

arrow beside it and choose "show range" In the next popup you can choose 
the revisions.
What do you mean with 01/03/2007? January, 3rd or 1st March? I could 
only see that 0.3.1 was tagged April, 9th (rev 26297)
What is the revision it was branched?

It was branched in r25367.

I've uploaded two SVN logs to http://reactos.colinfinck.de.
One of them contains all changes after 0.3.1 was branched and the other one
only contains the changes after 0.3.1 was released.

I write dates the correct way : dd/mm/yyyy  ;)

Not sure on the revision number, I only know it was the begnning of March.
If anyone wanted the exact revision number, I'll leave it up to them to
check the branch.
