Well, the problem is that current CC is missing HALF of the improvements made.

I really don’t see it as a problem.
They clearly state it’s an RC, the wiki states it the changelog is incomplete …. and it’s
just a single site.
Asking them to delete the article (which we have no actual authority to do) seems pretty
ridiculous to me. We should be thanking them for writing articles, not shooting them down
for writing too many.
