rbuild problem

Hi,

the precompiled headers are created in the source tree, but they should
be created in the ROS_INTERMEDIATE tree.

there is another like this one : wrc is created in the source tree too
instead of ROS_OUTPUT.
needed patch is attached.

Yes, there are a still files that are generated in the source tree that
should be generated in either the intermediate or output tree.
