Recommended dev Tools (was Re: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE)

Hello, I have searched for the error in the subject but can not find a solution. The daily
snapshots (http://reactos.csh-consult.dk/) works fine. I have tried gcc 3.3.1, 3.4.1,
3.4.2. I use the binutils 2.15.91. Is there an error in my build tools?

These are generated with GCC 3.4.1 and binutils 2.15.90 20040222.

Thanx, but with gcc 3.4.1 I get the following error while compiling explorer:
