Freetype Patented Hinting

Hello,

A recent CMAKE commit has made me notice that a NOSWPAT option determines if FreeType hinting should be used or not. Please note that the Apple patent on the technology recently expired, and this option is not needed anymore, as hinting should always be enabled.

Hi,

Good to hear that. This setting is used on at least one other place, 
too. dxtn.sys containing patented compression algorithms is only being 
built when its activated. SO fully deactivating is not possible.

I think we can simply sync freetype then the hinting code will be on by
default
