Bug Check when Running Mult-Apps

Hi all,
Dont know where to file this one.

I have mozilla, winefile and Quake (in demo mode, windowed) running at the same time.
Other apps had been opened, WinObj and Abiword. I moved the mouse over mozilla with
the Reactos web page, to open RosDev mail.
