Be smart and only answer when you understand the matter, you will be nice.
Anyway, for those who need some explanations, it had been a while ago to include any new strings added to language files to all the available languages for the application. And this, in order to help translators finding what is new when they are checking translations.

If you want, I can make a patch for REGEDIT.EXE for the new strings. It shouldn't be very difficult since there is only 2-3 new strings per .RC file.
I imagine you want to add the English strings to all the language files so translators can get them corrected?

Some of us don't even have all the languages installed. Unfortunately I only know English, Pig Latin, Pirate, C, C++, VB 6, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, and silence. But unfortunately most of the languages are not recognized by ReactOS at all.
