- Set SPINT_DEFAULT, SPINT_REMOVED and SPINT_ACTIVE in interface flags when needed
- Precise some SP_DEVINSTALL_PARAMS, by replacing them by SP_DEVINSTALL_PARAMS_W
- Don't hardcode some constants
