Don't know which mailinglist to send to, so a reply-all.
Please don't follow my example, because then mail will be duplicated

Feedback on installer:
tried former settings [32MB] for the installer cdrom and the
installed ReactOS afterwards. Both work fine.
*tried booting the installed ReactOS 0.1.5 -> minimum
requirement somewhere between 8 and 12MB.
(on 8MB freeloader begins to complain and freezes
system).
*tried installing the ISO with lower amounts of
RAM:
-12MB - hang at file 55 of 137 [twain_32.dll]
-16MB - hang at file 85 of 137 [VeraMono.ttf]
-20MB - hang at file 110 of 137 [c_950.nls]
-24MB - hang at file 137/137 [c_28599.nls] - next stage (msg:
"remove cd and hit enter to reboot") not reached
-28MB - installation completes.
it looks like there's some kind of memory leak..file is copied
and RAM not released.
suggestion: use blocks of RAM the size of what 'ReactOS
installed' needs. In this case, 12MB.
*free 12MB RAM
*copy a set of files until 12MB RAM filled
*free this 12MB again
*continue copying next set of files
*free RAM
*etc
wonder what happens if I added a large file on the
ISO..ReactOS requirements suddently rise to 500MB RAM then?
furthermore fix the typo's if you want. first screen on ISO:
"can not" --> "cannot"
having the LOADER directory into the ReactOS directory would
also be nice (and remove BOOTDISK),
so ReactOS is easily added to another cdrom. (only adding 1
directory!)
and selection to also boot from harddisk if cdrom is set to
default.
(isolinux allows this for example).
All mentioned earlier, but would be nice to have in next
ReactOS.
Let's see if ReactOS 0.1.6 will have Explorer :)
(Mozilla's / OpenOffice is a bit too much to
ask..)
may I request to add the AMD PCnet driver next to 3C90X
driver? nice for Vmware testing.
good luck to your project.

Bernd Blaauw

Subject: [ros-general] ReactOS 0.1.5
released!
After the problems yesterday, I finally
managed to get the files uploaded fully.
Some problems with my connection yesterday caused
disconnections during upload.
