Well accordingly to the bugreport I linked, igorko( not Victor) claimed it was working. And it's not false since in rbuild ISOS the bug is hidden.
As you can see the bugreport is not marked as fixed, and there are recent debuglogs. So no, the bug is still present and marked as regression :)
While in Rbuild ISOS the bug is hidden,in Cmake ones the bug still happens, the best example: Caemyr testbot. It always hits the bug when AC97 is installed.
Amine tried to replicate Caemyr testbot configuration and he was not able to replicate the bug.The only difference between the testbot and amine configuration was that Amine used a PIIX4 while Caemyr is using a ICH6 chipset. So the problem could be there.
We can follow with these interesting testing results in reactos-dev ML just to avoid disturbing our "general" followers :)
The AC97 regression caused by sir_richard was fixed by cgutman, with Victor claiming the fix worked.
So I'm a bit confused?
Best regards, Alex Ionescu

Nice video!
I've tried running Nexuiz on ReactOS, and although it appears to
work quite good, the screen flickers heavily. It would be much more
interesting to see a more modern game like Nexuiz or Xonotic in
ReactOS! Any ideas?

Hi Alex!
You really should know why there is not sound in the video.
If not,it'd really surprise me,then you should give a look here:
Hi guys!
Wojo664 has made a nice video. He has been playing
Quake2 against Saibamen by network, stressing our
new network stack.
They have been playing for a long time so seems it
is pretty reliable. And evenmore: funny!
Who wants to play Quake2?
If you dont have time at least watch this
incredible video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJRV558OLMc#t=0m35s
