Hello all:

I am interested in replacing Windows 2003 server
and hopefully Windows 2008 server (hell, And Windows 7)
with ROS some day.

    I have seen these:

    But 

    

    1. is there thinking/planning on how to replace, or 

    use, things like Internet Information Server under ROS?

    

    2. I see some net framework work;

    but is there a stated goal as to if and what versions of .NET will
    be 

    supported?

    

    3. Has this project drawn any sort of interest from Microsoft?

    

    4. You Are being mindful to stay away from any of the 

    Microsoft Telemetry stuff, yes?

      function calls to Microsoft's telemetry services.  The screenshot accompanying
      their post showed how a simple 5 line CPP file produced an
      assembly language file that included a function call titled  “telemetry_main_invoke_trigger”.

      unannounced “feature” while also speculating its purpose.
