For me "Accected Version" means the version that showed the bug, aka the
version that was tested.
"Fix Version" can be a) as long as the bug exists the version that this
bug should be fixed in and b) when the bug was fixed the version it was
fixed in.
In both cases revision makes much more sense for us.
