Isn't the themelicensed under GPL or creative commons or something? At any rate, ROShas come a long way in the past few years...I still remember a windows3.x style non moveable window on a static background.
ReactOS libs have support for some themeing via uxtheme from Wine. Explorer needs some work to support this plus some loader changes are needed I think to handle subclassing of the controls.
Personally I would rather us not waste energy on supporting themeing when there are other stablity issues. My big projects right now are figuring out why the Office 2003 installer dies when moving files and seeing what it will take to get Office2k and XP working with our MSI.
Thanks Steven

Note: I'm sorry, by theme i didn't mean UXTheme or the like, i mean the icons. etc. The icons are ass ugly, sorry to say.
