Note: I'm sorry, by theme i didn't mean UXTheme or the like, i mean the
icons. etc. The icons are ass ugly, sorry to say.

ReactOS libs have support for some themeing via uxtheme from Wine. Explorer needs some
work to
support this plus some loader changes are needed I think to handle subclassing of the
controls.
Personally I would rather us not waste energy on supporting themeing when there are other
stablity
issues. My big projects right now are figuring out why the Office 2003 installer dies when
moving
files and seeing what it will take to get Office2k and XP working with our MSI.
