I was wondering if there was a project that would be doing a binary compatible OS X system. What reactos does for windows maybe this project can do for OS X. I was just wondering. I know that pearpc emulates a ppc processor, but wether or not a full os exists is the question. I know also that some versions of linux exist for ppc.
Thanks
Also - is reactos going to do a mips, ppc, arm, ia64 system?

Do you mean MacOS X?
Darwin has been the open-source OS technology underlying Apple's Mac OS X operating system, with all development being managed and hosted by Apple: -> http://developer.apple.com/darwin/ -> http://www.opendarwin.org/

When I finally get my head around both i80x86 and S/390 assembler ... ;) Playing Doom recompiled on ReactOS recompiled on a Hercules Dinosaur sounds like fun to me ... ;) Just the speed penalties associated with using Win32 over an x3270, start to worry me ... slightly.
And there's nothing more calculated to make Microsoft catch flies ... wide-open mouths are wonderous things.

I'm in the midst of a PowerPC port. The initial target hardware will be powermacs of various vintage.

An excellent reason for me to invest in a second-hand PowerMac.
Thanks
