Good morning React OS Team,
I am an Italian apprentice programmer and I would like to request
permission to use the React OS kernel for the reason that I intend to
create an operating system that has the APIs for the native execution of
.exe files, Windows APIs that your operating system possesses, and .apk
files, Android APIs.

I await your response regarding this email with absolute patience.

There are other licenses in some parts of our code, but none is for limitung usage of any proprietray code parts. We talk about Public domain, Creative Commons, LGPL and GPL v3/v2 and a few BSD derivates.
