[ros-announce] ReactOS v0.3.0 Released!

Hello,

I'm pleased to announce that the ReactOS team has just finished 
publishing the latest version which is 0.3.0!  Please check out our

then hop over to SF (

) to download the latest copy!  We got a lot of changes and hope 
everyone likes the new look!
