Ok, it turned out it was actually bug in NdisMAllocateMapRegisters. I've 
commited a fix on the ndis_wip_22102004 branch (if anyone wants to 
backport it to HEAD feel free). I'll look at the sound blaster driver 
later (it can be totally unrelated bug)...
