Log:
[NTOSKRNL]
- Cleanup amd64 mm.h header
- Call MiScanMemoryDescriptors earlier, since it doesn't depend on anything except the
loader block.
- MiComputeColorInformation() and the calculation of the pfn database size are portable,
so move them out of MiInitMachineDependent
