Remove too zealous check for OEMSourceMediaLocation.
OEMSourceMediaLocation can be NULL and means that the current path or a default URL is
beeing used.

Fixes installation of VMWare Tools drivers.
The installation still aborts due to issue in configuring the vmware tools service.
