- Ignore the unsupported MEM_TOP_DOWN flag instead of failing NtAllocateVirtualMemory
CORE-6392 CORE-6805 #comment MEM_TOP_DOWN should be sufficiently fixed in r58266, and
setup now starts. Please confirm.
