[i8042prt]: Add another initialization hack for the PS/2 touchpad of the Dell Latitude
D430. Proposed by Victor Martinez Calvo and tested with success by contributor
"william341".
I emphasize that such hacks are absent from Windows' i8042prt.sys driver, yet it is
able to correctly drive such touchpads.
