    [USETUP][VGAFONTS] Improve Japanese character display
    
    - Modify media/vgafonts/932-8x8.bin Japanese VGA font.
    - Use special codepoints of new font 932-8x8.bin.
    Appendum of #4750. Line connection bug still remains.
