- Fix compile issues caused by previous patch.
- Fix KPROFILE definition.
- Protect ReactOS-only members of EPROCESS, OBJECT_HEADER,
W32_CALLOUT_DATA.
- Protect MADDRESS_SPACE for ReactOS only.
