[FASTFAT]
VfatWrite (but not VfatRead) is supposed to return STATUS_INVALID_USER_BUFFER
if an error occurred while locking the buffer.
[KERNEL32]
Reading 0 bytes using ReadFile doesn't always succeed on Windows.
