[cfinck] 28627: Don't create the "ReactOS Explorer" and "Regedit" shortcuts. In my opinion, this is better than trying to fix the Regedit shortcut by moving the file to the "system32" directory.

Don't create the "ReactOS Explorer" and "Regedit" shortcuts.
